Your mission

As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our digital presence. You will craft and execute strategies that build our brand across social media platforms, engage our audience, and foster authentic partnerships with creators and influencers. 

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage a compelling social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals

  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others relevant to our audience

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and trends to build a loyal and passionate following

  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, connect with, and manage relationships with creators and influencers who align with our brand values to amplify our reach and credibility

  • Campaign Execution: Lead influencer campaigns, from ideation and negotiation to execution and performance tracking, ensuring maximum impact

  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our strategy fresh and relevant

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), using insights to optimize future campaigns.

Your profile

  •  Min. 2 years in social media management, influencer marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the food, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors

  • A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and content that resonates with social audiences

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing genuine connections with creators and influencers

  • Proficiency with social media platforms, tools (e.g., scheduling and analytics tools), and emerging trends

  • The ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies

  • A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment

  • A passion for the food and beverage space and an understanding of what makes consumers excited about new products

Trade Marketing Manager_Foodservice (m/f/d) Permanent Employee · Hamburg

Your mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Trade Marketing Manager, who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and our foodservice customers. This is a hands-on position where you will shape our go-to-market strategy, build meaningful relationships in the gastronomy sector, and bring our brand to life through compelling marketing activations.

  • Customer Insights: Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities of our foodservice customers. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute trade marketing plans to introduce our product to the foodservice market. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution and relevance towards B2B target groups.

  • On-Site Activations: Design and implement creative marketing activations, such as event and pop-up concepts, to showcase our brand in real-world settings and build buzz

  • Brand Building: Establish and strengthen our presence in the gastronomy sector through tailored brand initiatives and partnerships with key players in the industry

  • Sales Enablement: Create marketing materials, campaigns, and tools to support the sales team in engaging and converting foodservice customers

Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution

Your profile

  •  3–5 years in trade marketing, preferably in the foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality sectors. Startup experience is a plus

  • Good understanding of the foodservice landscape and the ability to develop strategies that resonate with this audience

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and external partners.

  • Creativity and adaptability to quickly adjust strategies based on emerging trends and insights.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
